The Feast
Today my Nanny and Pops came over and I cooked them lunch. For the entree we had crackers with blue cheese and pear and for mains we had tacos with spicy mince, salad and guacamole. I made boysenberry ambrosia with cream, yogurt, baby marshmallows and a sprinkle of chocolate for dessert.
Things that I think I could work on include putting out the ingredients before I start and practising chopping onions because they really sting your eyes!
I thought the lunch was really yummy and Nanny thought it was quite spicy.
